Projects managed vary in complexity but are all aligned with transformation and integration of Automation &
Robotics across the organisation, or the launch of new Products and services as part of the business strategy.
Projects will be covering numerous technologies, including Pega, Cortex and various RPA technologies including UC4 and UI Path
Manage stakeholder engagement and work effectively with a wide range of customer-obsessed internal stakeholders;
understanding and supporting their business goals whilst maintaining the IT Vision &
Driving improvements in supplier delivery through strong commercial awareness and directive management of suppliers
Build, lead, motivate, direct and support the cross-functional project teams by developing a strong project vision of successes and nurturing strong relationships and trust within the team
Build a project team and sense of fun
Constantly re-evaluate costs versus benefits through an agile project life-cycle, challenging broader team (including Sponsor) to think ?outside of the box? to innovatively deliver benefits, challenging and improving process as required
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, flexible in adapting to adapt to constantly changing priorities and ways of working
Continuously check that the project deliverables innovatively deliver business and technical change that drive forward Vodafone?s transformation
Responsible for delivering projects in-line with Consumer IT Capex, Opex and external Budgets typically between £250k to £6m
Who are we looking for?
Demonstrable Project/Delivery Management experience within an Agile environment
Experience of working within a large corporate environment, ideally on system integration project or programmes
Technical Background (Networks, IP, Engineering, Telecoms)
Scrum Master or Agile Trained
Experience of managing cross-culturally
Leadership ? ability to direct and motivate project teams
Engineering/telecoms or Computer Science degree desirable
Professional Qualification such as Agile PM / Prince 2 / ITIL or PMP desirable
Highly competent in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Project
