As the Business Unit Manager ENT you will be leading a sales marketing team in a hyper-growth market you will set and drive the ENT Go-To Market strategy to achieve the UK-IR and broader International goals You will further build out and inspire a high-performance team promoting close collaboration with cross-functional partners to anticipate and exceed customer expectations In this role you will be a key leader of the organization accountable to high standards of setting direction developing talent building organizational capabilities and inspiring the team to deliver ENT and new site of care therapies to Stryker s customers and ultimately to patients Key responsibilities Stryker Leadership Provide key leadership to the Stryker International ENT Division Leadership Team and input to Global Management teams Contribute to the leadership of the broader Stryker GSAP leadership team where cross-functional partners and all other Stryker divisions are represented Country Leadership Set Direction by developing with the team annual and long-range strategic plans Lead the country management team by establishing clear priorities and empowering decentralized decision-making with clear guidance Build organizational capabilities by instilling the need for continuous improvement and initiating executing on process improvements Key driver to roles responsibilities talent management and incentive setting Develop the country leadership with key challenges and detailed development plans while carefully anticipating short long-term workforce needs Inspire the entire team to a growth mindset delivering beyond the annual target and putting the building blocks in place for future profitable growth Lead by example by putting the customer patient and the team first Drive internal and external reputation by shaping a high-performance team environment that is known for delivering innovative therapy solutions Sales Marketing Management Drives with the team innovative sales marketing solutions to meet current and anticipated customer needs Ensures highest levels of expertise in team functions training development opportunities Sets guidance and infuses expertise into the team to decentralize decision-making and speed go-to market activities e g P L management driven by a detailed commercial plan and ownership of the various tactical spends Partners with sales management to deliver top performance with pricing strategies and negotiations with buying groups wholesalers tenders Leads the marketing team to deliver a complete marketing plan integrated into the business plan Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports creativity and team spirit Key communicator of Voice of Customer market intel and team needs to senior management Supports drives the commercial team in key analyses market model patient pathway segmentation customer profiling KOL planning pricing competitive messaging branding sales strategies and marketing tactics Defines excellence putting success metrics and monitoring in place to forecast performance track activity and objectively measure past performance Ensures critical collaboration within team between in-country functions across Divisions and across international stakeholders Conducts regular business reviews with team and manager adjusts strategies in accordance with country requirements Partners with human resources to achieve workforce objectives including employee engagement performance management talent acquisition planning and ensuring consistent application of practices and procedures Builds relationships with key customers clinical and economic executing on strategic action plans Leader in driving quality awareness with every employee while guiding the local organization towards improved performance and customer oriented initiatives What are we looking for Substantial sales and or marketing experience including people management experience preferably in the medical device industry or equivalent combination of education experience required to perform at this level Ideally Leader of Leaders experience Proven leadership skills setting direction building organizational capabilities inspiring others performance management developing talent and delivering results Strong communication skills and ability to sell ideas externally internally Proven matrix management experience and strong influencing skills Demonstrated analytical skills including P L Profit Loss management Can formulate strategic plans anticipating customer needs and market obstacles both short- and long-term Can create innovative business solutions and motivate with an inspired mission Can establish procedures to drive process improvement and ROI Has extensive negotiation experience preferably with tenders buying groups and distributors Can create incentivize and empower diverse high-performing teams Demonstrated ability to motivate teams towards ambitious goals place strategic bets and set the framework for effective implementation History of delivering and over-delivering on expectations High level of integrity and policy compliance Work From Home Yes Travel
