Key responsibilities of the Business Unit Manager are:
To understand and drive the success of the respective business unit by effective management of Sales Team Leaders and Senior Business Development Managers To take responsibility for his/her team performance through clear initiatives including:
staff development, compliance, commercial awareness and performance reviews To be a dynamic, influential leader that can co-develop future new business plans with their respective teams What kind of person would suit this role/company?
