Siamo are looking for a customer service administrator to join one of their clients within Cirencester, the successful candidate will be customer service confident, have a great telephone manor and able to meet SLAs within the allotted time given. The right candidate will be joining a fast paced, growing, innovative environment with a family feel atmosphere

The Role:
- monday to friday - telephone heavy - liaising with the client and their helpdesk - meeting sla and kpi deadlines - uploading and amending notes onto the internal systems - running weekly reports - working closely with the account manager - communicating with the clients head office - uploading and checking of worksheets - dealing with any queries requested by the client - any office ad-hoc duties the ideal candidate:
- have strong communication experience - able to meet deadlines - strong microsoft skills and computer literate - willing to learn new crms / client portals - works well under pressure - lives within cirencester or has own mode of transport - enjoys problem solving and finding other alternatives
