Job Description
Job objectives and responsibilitiesTo be responsible for the overall delivery of Facilities Management Services, Client Liaison across a production facility and, monitoring of suppliers and contractors.To have full ownership of the P&
L for the contract.Meet and exceed all SLA?s and KPI?s as detiled within the contract across all service lines.To successfully manage and grow the contract(s)To support the Operations Supervisor with the day to day management of the team(s) and supply chain.
Main dutiesTo take responsibility for the service delivery of all facilities management services covered under the contractMeet contractual and budgetary requirements of the contract(s)Manage forecast of outturns, WIP and Debt, and drive to meet and improve on financial targetsTo ensure that all works are planned and costed within the contract restraintsManage Operational targets for PPM, Open and Aged Jobs and QuotesTo drive the effective use of handheld technology for all planned and reactive worksEnsure statutory compliance and certification is in placeTo develop and maintain FMR/Risk Registers/ and Direct AuditsAssest Management and VerificationTo bring innovation to the clientProduction of monthly reports for Management Team and client(s) as required ? including presenting themEnsure the operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works on all sites covered by the teamEnsure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.Ensure MFA?s are used across the portfolio wherever possibleEnsure Business Continuity for the production plant on siteTo Manage teams for the sites, including HR issues, appraisals and succession planningTo carry out site audits for all sitesTo work closely with the Supervisors/Service Desk on job planning/schedules/productivity efficienciesWork closely with the clients and client teams reporting on progress and developmentsIdentify any areas for improvement in the delivery of services and implement changes as requiredEnsure that Customer service is the focus of the way the FM services are providedEnsure that all H &
S guidelines and regulations are followed at all timesMonitor, record and investigate all accidents and near missesWork closely with teams to ensure performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently and in a safe mannerCarry out Team Briefings regularly to ensure a combined approach in delivering services to clients
