Our client is very proud of the awards they have won as top employers and it is their people that make them unique. They are rapidly expanding and are now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Manager, preferably with a background in manufacturing.
Looking after a team in a fast paced environment, duties will include;

* Developing and managing a team and ensuring that all business objectives are met.
* Dealing with all employment issues within the department in conjunction with HR.
* Implementing decisive and appropriate actions when targets are not reached.
* Following the business plan and making suggestions for improvements.
* Following and upgrading all routines according to their management system.
* Developing strong relationships internally and with suppliers.
* Managing and developing a supply base.
Required Experience;

* Proven track record of managing and nurturing an expanding customer service team.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* Previous experience within the manufacturing industry preferred.
* Experience in either Purchasing or Sales environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong work ethic.
