Becoming a Graduate Application Support Analyst with Capita One:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to join our friendly and supportive Newbury based team, working alongside experienced and knowledgeable colleagues you will be tasked with providing critical support to our clients when utilising our software. This role offers the successful person the opportunity to apply the skills gained during their degree whilst at the same time gaining a wide variety of other skills that will undoubtedly prove to be valuable in their future career. What You'll be Doing:
to provide support to external clients, escalating issues as necessary. ensure that details of any contact with the customer is recorded on the appropriate call within the help desk system. take ownership of customer incidents to ensure timely and effective solutions are provided. thoroughly investigate reported incidents/defects through fact gathering and remote support. first line of defence in finding the root cause of an issue build strong relationships with business analysts, knowledge specialists and technical personnel to identify workarounds, solutions and opportunities for knowledge creation. what we're looking for:
graduated in the last three years with a minimum of a 2:
