Lead Contract Support

My client are a large national FM and Maintenance company, they are currently seeking an experienced Lead contract support manager to be based in the Swindon area, covering 3 sites within the Home counties area. This is also an operational role responsible for a number of direct reports.

Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments, better buying and use of preferred suppliers.
Conducting supplier surveys and Compiling of the Customer Monthly Management Report
Liaising with the client regarding payment of invoices
Continually develop systems to maximise efficiency benefits for the customer and company
Liaising with client on a variety of matters and attending to their needs whilst maintaining a strong working relationship
Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
Managing the Contract Support Team to control the invoice pool.
Creation and review of management reports such as P&
L, WIP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, OPO's &
Raising Purchase Orders when requiredThe ideal Candidate will need:
Experience of working within a similar role
Experience managing direct reports
Experience using CAFM systems and finance programmes
Be happy to travel to other sites when required
Full Uk driving licence
Ability to get SC clearance
