We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced 2nd line Service desk analyst to join a global technology provider who embraces bleeding edge technology. Working on a shift basis this role is pivotal to the support team and will see you monitoring notifications and events and providing fixes, documenting and liaising with 3rd parties to resolve incidents. The 2nd line support analyst will also carryout daily, weekly and month infrastructure and application checks, deploy patches and provide general 2nd line support within a virtualised Microsoft environment The shifts are 4 days on, 4 days off with a 11. 5 hour shift Skill set required Microsoft SCCM for Windows DNS ServiceNow Windows Server 2012/2016 VMwareDue to the nature of the working environment the ideal candidate will cleared to SC Level or be willing to undergo the National Security Vetting procedure to gain SC Clearance In return you will receive a generous shift allowance and a benefits package that includes, 4 x life assurance, Income protection, an industry leading pension and more
