Warehouse Planning Manager
Logistics done differently. We’re looking for a Warehouse Resource Planner to join us at our brand new site based in Middlewich. You’ll be working on behalf of one of our key customers, JD Go Outdoors on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for the effective short and long term planning of staffing and volumes across the whole site and explaining variances between plans and budgets. Pay, benefits and more. We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. We offer 25 days’ holiday per annum, as well as the option to buy additional days. Planning staffing requirements ad-hoc, short and long term modelling staffing requirements as volumes change and analysing the data to provide to the ops and finance team for budgeting purposes Provide data analysis to show productivity trends, performance stats, analysis’s data and recommends solutions for continuous improvement. Manage and extract data from Warehouse Management Systems to build daily plans and forecast plans for retail and e-com, liaising with customer and transport to optimise efficiency. Good communication skills, both verbal and written High level of maths/numeracy skills – Excel experience is a must Understand KPI management and has got WMS knowledge Previous planning or modelling experience Be part of something big.
