About the role
These are exciting times for our HR department as due to some internal promotions we find ourselves looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our award winning team. In this exciting role you will lead and manage our Employee Relations (ER) case management function, where using your expertise you will advise, support and coach line managers on the broad range of topics ER covers. In addition, you will build credible and long lasting relationships with all HR Business Partners and help us as a team to identify and recommend improvements in process and policy that will benefit all our customers.
You’ll also work closely with the senior HR Leaders to help shape our Future of Work programme by sharing value add management information, data and insight.
Operationally you will work as part of the HR Services team who offer the business first class HR guidance, robust administrative assistance and advice on our HR policies &
processes and legislation. The very foundation for our expert team.
Pay Zone level – B1
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a self-starter mentality who can ‘hit the ground running’. You will be able to evidence your expertise in Employment Law and Employee Relations experience in managing high case management levels within similar environments, whilst smoothly negotiating your way round internal stakeholders and quickly settling in to our HR team.
It’s really important to us that you are credible and confident so able and ready to add value immediately. Chances are you will have a CIPD qualification and it’s a given that your communication, MS office, prioritizing &
planning skills are at a high standard. Experience in coaching HR colleagues and stakeholders would be a definite advantage!
