Logistics done differently. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our ASOS contract in Barnsley to take the operation to the next level. We’re looking to bring someone in on a fixed-term contract basis to lead major automation projects at one of XPO’s largest sites in the UK. Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £60,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll lead and manage a large implementation of automation hardware within the warehouse operation Present project proposals to a variety of senior stakeholders, having accountability for project budgets and the controlled spend within them Manage project schedules using tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software Document all data and analytics throughout the project What you need to succeed at XPO:
Experience in delivering large scale project life-cycles, ideally within automation You’ll have exposure to the solutions design of automated operations and their implementation A Prince2 qualification or similar would be advantageous A flexible and committed approach to success and the ability to apply this in a rapidly changing environment Be part of something big.
