Based across numerous locations in the UK &
Ireland, field based. As a Territory Manager for Boston Scientific, you will be able to:
Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques. Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in medical device industry (BSC and competitors). Visit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager. Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager. With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc). Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs. Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff. Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services. Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly &
year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools. To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity. Upon request may lead a project team of moderate scope. To join our talent community and be successful in such a role, you would need to have:
Previous sales experience in a Medical Device workstream (Will also consider Pharmaceuticals) Experience of working in a commercial environment and has commercial awareness (How the sales process works) Ability to use/learn sales techniques and deal making &
negotiating skills in compliance with internal processes. A relationship builder (both in a clinical and procurement-based environment) Has a driven attitude Be a self-starter Have the ability to travel across a selected territory in the UK or Ireland, travel for training and events.
