00), you’ll ensure that our warehouse operation runs effectively and without issue overnight. Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Effectively manage your small team of around 5 colleagues, as well as oversee some office and engineering activity Act as a point of contact for our customers and be the go-to person for any operational issues or queries Monitor individual and team performance, holding regular one-to-ones and team meetings Drive on-site engagement, continuous improvement initiatives and a positive site culture What you need to succeed at XPO:
