Laboratory Technician
My client is looking to recruit a Laboratory technician/ Analytical Chemist. You will be required to work in laboratory environment performing both routine and non-routine analytical work in supporting chemical and pharmaceutical development.
The role will involve wet chemistry techniques, HPLC (chromatography) and dissolution analysis, report writing and checking data. Essential the analytical chemist will be able to accurately complete required documentation and reports within specified time-frames.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a HND/degree in a relevant scientific subject and experience working in a similar QC or lab technician role for a medical device or Pharmaceutical company. Experience of performing techniques such as HPLC, and Dissolution within industry would be highly advantageous. Finally you will need to be IT proficient, a good communicator, excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise work to specified deadlines.
