As a Product Applications / Support engineer you will join the company and undergo full product training with a view to develop you into the 'go to' product expert focused on providing technical solutions and support to customers on a complex product range. This is a varied role combining a passion for software and hardware mixed with customer interaction. A degree of travel will be expected. p>

The role;
* Become the 'go to' product expert for their customers (Hardware / software product)* Developing custom automation scripts for customers using Python* Working with product design team to investigate issues and influence changes* Build relationships with the sales team to provide tech support* Some Travel will be involved - Trade fairs, plug-fests, customer visits to promote products.* Product Training available p>

The person;
*From a hardware and software product background (Any industry)* Educated to degree level in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.* Programming or scripting experience* Looking for a technical role involving customers interaction.* Passionate about cutting edge technology*Looking to join a friendly, collaborative and social business to build a career p>
